intended for readers over 18

yuki was born on march 27th in 1998 to his parents yosuke and kasumi fukuhara, his father leaving shortly before his birth. he grew up fairly normally despite this, living right in the heart of ikebukuro. his mother grew increasingly overprotective of him, as she had miscarried not too long before his birth. she tried to keep him inside as much as possible or near her at all times if outings were necessary, going as far as to walk him right into his classroom up until junior high.yuki had mixed feelings on his mother’s isolation of him. while fearing basic human interactions and going places alone, he grew a distain towards his mother for how isolated he felt over time. as long as yuki was home and his mother knew this, her supervision didn’t go beyond keeping him in her vicinity. with this, he began to latch onto online spaces as early as 10 years old. he would find passion in creating primarily fanart for tokusatsu from his early childhood and other misc. anime and manga series as he grew older, hoping to publish his own doujin works. he frequented sites such as 2ch and drrrkari, tumblr, and twitter in his later teens.at 18, yuki got his first job at surugaya, still living in ikebukuro. here he met hayato, his coworker. (which yuki works at in the current story setting at 26 almost 27, so does hayato at 25.) he eventually moved out at 23, much to the dismay of his mother, then ceasing contact with her entirely. this was when he met fumiko at a bookstore, looking for some new manga and decor to settle into his new apartment. fumiko sported an ita bag, yuki complimented it and they began a conversation from there, exchanging LINE accounts. as they hung out, mutual feelings developed and they began to casually date.yuki quickly became heavily attached to fumiko, unaware of such attachment, which became increasingly obvious to her. (implementing her into his artwork, spending almost every day with her, intense feelings of rejection if her focus wasn’t on him, etc.) she began to get busy with school, and the time she spent with yuki gradually decreased, exhausted by his level of attachment and her busy lifestyle. despite her exhaustion, she’d try her best to make time for yuki, at times even fueling his attachment so he’d be pleased. this led to a warped vision and sense of relationships, especially with women.fumiko, majoring in art and working on a manga project of her own, she decided she’d travel to the united states in an exchange student program with her school for more opportunities, and subconsciously, to distance herself from yuki. two years into their relationship, she broke the news that she would be traveling for a while.to which yuki spiraled. up to fumiko’s date of departure, her time spent with him would only dwindle more, and their relationship crumbled under the combined stress of the two. reluctantly, she had him take her to the train station she’d take to the airport for their final goodbye. again to fumiko’s dismay and effort to ward yuki off, they would both keep up with each other online for weeks until fumiko would cease her online presence to focus on her work. her disappearance was gradual, not telling yuki that she would be inactive. to him, she was ignoring him, or that this was her way of splitting up with him entirely.with the fresh wound of his first relationship gone, only aggravated by the lack of closure and rocky end to it all, yuki indulged online more than he ever had. consulting hayato on his situation led to playful (yet, partially serious) teasing on hayato’s part, telling yuki to go out with him more and stop spending every waking moment online.yuki took his advice, albeit the wrong way. he began to try talking to girls on the street, almost the same way he had met fumiko; complimenting outfits, appearance, etc. to him, the backlash he faced for trying to pick up random women was confusing. on top of this habit, yuki would begin drinking frequently, bar/club hopping with hayato every weekend, to which they’d often end up in an, unbeknownst to yuki, crossdressing maid bar/cafe, where he’d meet osuke in maid attire accompanied by a starkly “tsundere” personality.later trying to drunkenly pick him up thinking he really was a beautiful tsundere woman, it did not take long for yuki to figure out osuke was not as he perceived. yuki still pursued him in fact, partially to experiment with his sexuality which had greatly confused him ever since fumiko’s departure, and even his own friendship with hayato.yuki began to aggressively stalk osuke. yuki obsessively searched for anything about him online; nothing. much to his dismay, osuke kept a low profile both in person and online. yuki would resort to following him home, tracking his route to work, and eventually breaking into osuke’s apartment on multiple occasions.yuki would take to forms of self harm in the midst of his dwindling mental state; the alcoholism, consuming harmful media online and physically hurting himself. yuki slowly began to hint at his desire to end his life to hayato over multiple drunken conversations, to which hayato spent more time with yuki, trying to keep him out of his apartment and off the internet.
